Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (STVET) Project, MoE/ADB/KFW’s funds. L-AEC has contracted with MoE to provide several courses of training on agriculture and livestock programs. The main tasks and responsibilities performed by LAC are as follows:

A. Recruitment of Grantees: information campaign for students, process applications and conduct admission examination and interview, prepare final list of proposed grantees.

B. Course Delivery: ensure effective course delivery, develop and/or procure adequate quantity of required training materials; ensure that qualified teachers/trainers deliver the course as specified in the curriculum design, responsible teachers/trainers hold periodic counselling sessions

C. Quality Assurance in Course Delivery: conduct formative assessments and make adjustments, conduct summative assessment of grantees at the end of each course, provide remedial measures to grantees who fail to achieve the intended learning outcomes or competencies;

D. Graduation and Job Placement: organize graduation ceremony, provide placement support services to graduates

E. Monitoring and Reporting: maintain individual record of each grantee throughout the course including attendance, dropouts, and performance on formative assessments and summative assessments; develop the following documents and reports: Profile of grantees, Grantee attendance and performance record, course completion report
